Your first bootcamp
Everything you need to know
Where
Victoria Park, Millbridge. We meet by the purple and gold bootcamp flags.
What to bring
Water, trainers with some grip, and a layer you can take off once you’ve warmed up.
What happens
We warm up together, then everyone works at their own level. Every exercise has an easier version.

The people
You come for the workout. You stay for the group.
They notice when you’ve missed a morning, they cheer you through the last round, and at least one of them will end up on the floor for the team photo.
If walking into your first session on your own feels like a lot, bring a friend. It’s much harder to talk yourselves out of the next one when you’ve arranged to go together.
